Increase energy, focus and strenght, is a good pre-workout but I prefer Purus Labs Condense. um bom pré-treino, mas que quando foi tirado o DMAA da formula ficou mais fraco, mas mesmo assim continua bom.

Um bom termogênico, porém tem alternativas melhores na mesma faixa de preço. Prefiro Lipo 6 Black, mas se a pessoa tiver medo de tomar algo forte esse é o ideal.
