The body under optimum conditions may be able to manufacture enough alpha-lipoic acid for its metabolic functions (as a co-factor for a number of enzymes involved in converting fat and sugar to energy), but additional amounts provided by supplements allow alpha-lipoic acid to circulate in a "free" state. In this state, alpha-lipoic acid has the unique ability to function as both a water- and fat-soluble antioxidant. I give four stars because of abundance of fillers in these tablets.

Many health practitioners don't realize the need of lithium. It is a kind of misunderstood mineral just like Iodine is. In one study, researchers blocked a brain artery in rats. Some were pre-treated with lithium for 16 days, the rest weren't. The researchers reported that the lithium-treated rats experienced 56 percent less cell death and significantly fewer neurologic deficits than the control rats................. The amounts of lithium researchers recommend for brain anti-aging range from 10 to 20 milligrams (from lithium aspartate or lithium orotate) daily.................. Lithium significantly protects against this type of cell death-so much so that this effect has been called "robust" (a term scientists use to mean "It really works!").

I replenish the magnesium stores of my grand parents with this product. They can't take magnesium tablets or capsules which are usually huge even if you split them. Now after two bottles of this powder they have more energy and restful sleep.

This is one of the few MSM powders without silica used as anti caking agent. Carlson Labs fish oil is fresh and with pleasant taste even for fussy children. It is suitable not only for kids. It is important to remember that fish oils take at least 12 weeks to build up the body’s store of long chain fatty acids, and around 6 – 12 months to make a cogent difference.

You have to know that the amount of cortisol in these pellets is 2.5mg the rest is Echinacea Purpurea. It really helps to preserve the adrenals when you have long therm adrenal fatigue. I recommend it to everyone. Don't buy glandulars. They are not standardized unlike Isocort. The only remark is too much fillers - magnesium stearate, silicate, lactose... I give four stars because cortisol in this product really works!

Taking this product for a week and noticed that biotin reduces my hair loss. It also increases my nail strength. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The wrong with this item is the size of capsules. It contains 400-500mg rice flour. Four stars from me.
