전 아침에 단백질 쉐이크 만들때 같이 넣어서 먹습니다. 특유의 비릿한 맛도 느껴지지 않고 단독으로 먹을때보다 편하게 마실수 있습니다.

허벌 단백질 사먹다가 가격이 너무 부담되서.. (300그램에 3-4만원 정도) 전에 먹던 Jarrow Formulas 다시 시켰는데, 저지방우유에 콜라겐 한스쿱하고, 이 파우더 2스쿱 넣어서 아침에 먹으면 든든하고 좋습니다.
