This doesn't do much to moisturize, but it helps the odd breakout heal quickly. I'll keep it for this summer, too, in case of sunburn.

I use this at night, and my face is so soft in the mornings. I use it on my neck and throat during the day, and it keeps my nearly 50-year-old skin soft and supple. I use the 5,000 IU oil, too, but I like this one better.

Before I got these, my allergies would turn into weeks-long sinus infections. No allergy meds would help. These have made all the difference in the world. I wish I didn't have to use so much (5-6 tablets per day) but I guess it's worth it not to be miserable.

I've been using this spray for a couple of years now. When I couldn't find it at the local store I tried something else, but I hated it. I'm glad to see that iHerb has it, and at a good price, too!

I love how it gives my gray roots a nice bronze tint (along with the conditioner) but I find my scalp is flakier and itchier after using this. It may just be the time of year, but we'll see.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks to see if they would help my allergy-prone eyes. So far, I can't tell any difference at all.
