this is one of my favorite supplement. I used it to manage PMS. For those of us who have acne breakout due to hormonal change, this is also very good for that. the price here is a lot better than the stores.

this is my new favorite probiotic now. It's more potent than the one (only 2 billion) that I usually take and I can feel a big difference. good for immunity, ibs, stomach and intestinal tract issues. Highly recommend.
