The natural wheys from MRM and Natural Factors are still ahead, in my opinion, because they include enzymes and dissolve more easily when you mix it. But it is a good thing that Jarrow dropped the controversial crystalline fructose. The berry taste is OK.

180 capsules of strong ginger. The wonderful smell from the box, tells me that this is as good as it gets, aside from eating the real thing ofcourse. To combat nausea especially.
