있을 것 다 있고, 100% 천연 제품이면서도 하루에 단 1알만 복용하면 됩니다. 여러개의 알을 드시는 것에 거부감이 있는 분들에게도 좋고, 하루에 몇번 나눠서 먹어야 하지 않아서 간편해서 좋습니다.

ester-c 유명한 비타민 C 입니다. 450정. 대용량이죠.. ^^ 비타민 C 는 하루에 1g 정도 복용하시는 것이 좋은 것 같습니다. 먹을 때와 먹지 않을 때.. 피로도의 차이가 큽니다.

밀크시슬 제품입니다.. 소스내츄럴 사의 유명한 제품과 비교해서 1정당 표기 함량은 동일하여 구매했습니다. 그런데 밀크시슬 제품은 표기 함량에 미달되는 제품들이 많기 때문에.. 왠만하면 잘 팔리는 것을 사시는 게 좋지 않을까 싶네요. 아무튼 이 제품은 위에 부담을 많이 주는 것 같습니다. 이것만 먹었다 하면.. 속이 쓰리네요.. 다른 건강기능식품은 다 괜찮은데 말입니다..

1정에 500mg 씩 함유되어있고, 칼슘의 흡수를 도와주는 비타민D와 마그네슘, 미네랄 등이 천연성분으로 함유되어있습니다. 좋은 제품입니다. 속 쓰림도 없어요.

산호칼슘은 칼슘중에 제일 좋은 것처럼 광고하지만 사실 산호칼슘은 카보네이트 칼슘으로.. 흡수력이 가장 낮습니다. 시트레이트 칼슘으로 드시길 권합니다.
