이것은 지방을 분해를 하면서 근육을 유지시켜준다고 합니다. 매우 기대를 가지고 복용중입니다. 그리고 함께 운동을 하고 있습니다. 한달이 지났는데 체중이 약간 감소를 하였습니다.

생각했던 오렌지 맛이 아니라서 실망을 했습니다. 물에 타먹는것 보다는 탄산에 타먹는것이 좋을것 같습니다. 그리도 비타민을 흡수할수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.
