통이 너무 예뻐서 구입했는데 맛도 깔끔합니다. 특히 음식에 넣어보니 딱 소금맛만 나서 쬐끔 감탄했다는...... 그래도 좀 많이 비싸긴하네요--;;

면역력 증진에 도움이 되는 제품이라는데 저는 한알 찬물에 녹여 마시고 나면 없던 기운이 나는 아주 주관적인 느낌(^^)이 있어서 좀 피곤하거나 나른할 때 짜증날 때 복용합니다. 좀 맛없는 음료수맛으로 맛도 괜찮고 무엇보다 마시고 거의 바로 효과가 나는 듯 하여 쫌 신기하기도 해요 *^^*

원래 DATE가 무지 달다는 건 알지만, 역시 이것도 참 달아요. 대추야자를 쪼개서 자잘하게 만들어놨구요. 오트밀가루를 살짝 묻혀 놨어요. 그냥 먹어도 되기는 하는데 , 핫케익이나 빵 만들때, 씨리얼에 넣어 먹는게 더 맛있었어요^^

3개월간 하루 3알씩 꾸준히 먹었습니다. 식습관은 못 고치고, 예전과 다름 없이 고기류,패스트푸드 위주로 먹었구요. 원래 고지혈증이 있어서 가끔씩 약을 먹었습니다. 약 안먹으면 콜레스테롤 수치가 한 300정도 나오는 편이구요, 이번엔 약 먹지 않고, 요거만 꾸준히 3개월 복용했구요, 건강검진 결과는 총콜레스테롤 230입니다. 딴 분들에게는 여전히 높은 수치일테지만, 전 약 복용하지않고, 이런 수치가 나온 적이 없어요. 기분 완전 좋습니다. 앞으로도 꾸준히 복용하려구요.
