My husband and I are on lifetime medications and I worry about liver overload. For maintenance we use silymarin extract before bed each night.. It is best at night because the liver cleanses and renews at night.

i have tried using it before my workouts, have not noticed any increase in libido but am strong and feel that my muscle impulse strength is better. i am 60 and I am now doing 2 sets of 15 full pushups.

It has prevented muscle loss and weakness, we are not taking a large dose but adding it to a complete whey, just to have a bit more strength and recovery. I pulled a muscle running and it healed in 3 days amazing, I would have been down for over a week before.
