전에는 같은회사 알약형태의 제품먹었는데.. 지금은 이걸로 바꿨어요. 하도 이것저것 많이 집어먹기 때문에 이것이 효과를 봤는지는 모르겠지만.. 아무튼.. 먹기전보다는 피부가 나아졌어요.
