저는 소화도 느리고, 배변활동도 원활하하지않아서인지 아직까진 큰 변화는 느끼지 못합니다. 다만, 일상생활할 때 몸이 많이 붓는 편인데 붓는건 좀 줄어든듯 합니다. 좀더 지켜봐야 할것 같습니다. 꾸준히 복용 후 다시 리뷰를 남기겠습니다.

면을 14분 이상 삶아서 소스를 얹어 구웠는데.. 제 조리방법에 문제가 있었을 수도 있지만.. 면이 부드러워지지 않았습니다.

획기적인 효과를 느낀건 아니지만. 건조한 피부에 도움이 되길 바랍니다. 튜브가 커서 핸드로션으로 두고 쓰기엔 좀 부담스럽네요. 그냥 바디용으로만..^^ 발림성은 좀 떨어집니다.

하루 2알씩 2주정도 복용중인데.. 다이어트 효과는 모르겠고.. 다른 분들의 상품평 처럼.. 아침에 피곤함은 확실히 줄었어요. 카페인이 많다고해서 걱정했는데. 아침에 복용해서 그런지.. 불편함은 없었네요.
