그냥 먹기엔 닝글~한 맛일 것 같아 뜨거운 물에 흔들어 고구마랑 같이 먹었어요. 포만감 면에서 한끼 식사로 정말 손색이 없고요, 서너시간 아주 든든하네여. 근데 그렇다고 이걸 식사대용으로 상용하기엔 제 혀가 용서치 않을 거고요.. 끼니 거르지 않도록 가끔 대용식으로 먹기에는 좋습니다^^
선식 별로 안 좋아해서 레모네이드에 섞어마셨어요 우유는 먹으면 안되서 뭐에 타먹어야할지 고민이네요 한 번 분량 남았는데ㅡ
