Manuka honey is a premium, mono-floral honey which is produced by bees that gather nectar from the flowers that grow on the Manuka plant. Indigenous to New Zealand, this special type of honey contains more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants than other types of honey. Each batch of Manuka honey is laboratory tested for its phytochemical potency level and indicated on the front of this jar.
