Lemon Icing

• 3 cups of Hain organic powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup Margarine (or butter)
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Blend sugar and margarine together. Add the lemon juice and zest. Be sure to cool your cookies or cake before icing.
