The young sprouts of the wheat berry yield a highly nutritious, rejuvenating and cleansing juice. Our process involves instant freezing with liquid nitrogen (LN2) to -320º F followed by freeze-drying under extreme vacuum and cold. This preserves the complex array of vitamins, minerals, chlorophylls, antioxidants and active enzymes found in fresh wheatgrass juice. Eclectic's organic wheatgrass juice POW-der represents a 25-fold concentration over the original juice. The bulk powder is highly water-soluble and may be reconstituted in water, juices or smoothies.

One half teaspoon (1.2 g) is equivalent to a one-ounce shot of fresh wheatgrass juice.
