Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Hot Cereal is freshly ground on cool and slow turning, century-old stone-buhr millstones from a unique and complimentary blend of flavorful whole grains that's a good source of fiber and packed with nutrition. This tasty wheat-free cereal contains oats, oat bran, brown rice, corn, soybeans, millet, barley, sunflower seeds and flaxseed.
Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
Lowfat diets rich in fiber-containing grain products, fruits, and vegetables may reduce the risk of some types of cancers, a disease associated with many factors.

Cooking Instructions:
For a delicious and nutritious hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal and turn heat down. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey and milk. Also great with fruit and/or nuts.
Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal, a dash of salt and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
