This product works with a low calorie diet.

Adults take 7 to 10 drops under the tongue 3 times a day (am, midday, and pm). Do not drink or eat 15 minutes before or after taking these drops. Keep drops under your tongue for 15 to 30 seconds and then swallow.

Note: Our dropper bottle allows this liquid formula to be dispensed without the need for external droppers. Break open the seal and remove cap, turn bottle upside down and hold at a slight angle to start the drip.
