Formulated for adults.

As a dietary supplement for adults, two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a minimum of 8 oz. of juice or liquids. Should be taken preferably between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Notice: Psyllium Husks Fiber should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating Psyllium Husks Fiber without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
