As an herbal dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule up to three (3) times daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Solgar's Herbal Female Complex Vegetable Capsules are free of sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy and animal products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.

PhytO2X is a special blend of antioxidants, the purpose of which is to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
