NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), is the metabolically active form of Vitamin B3, also known as Niacin. As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach. Take with 8 oz of water, 30 minutes before a meal.
