Chia (pronounced chee' ah) is the richest and only unprocessed, whole food source of pure Omega3. A member of the mint family, Chia is native to Central America and has been used traditionally for over 3000 years. Super Fruity Chia Smoothie
1 Packet Omega3 Chia seeds
3/4 Cup Fruit juice of your choice
3/4 Cup Soy Milk or Almond Milk
3/4 Cup Fruit, fresh, organic if possible
In a blender, add your favorite all natural fruit juice and sprinkle the Omega3 Chia onto your juice to bloom. After the chia blooms, 4-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
