Zenbev Drink Mix is a unique powder made with Organic food ingredients that promote deep restful sleep and daytime calm as a natural source of protein-based tryptophan. In high light conditions, tryptophan metabolizes into Serotonin helping to reduce stress. In darkness, it will undergo an additional metabolic change into Melatonin, resulting in deep restful sleep.

To promote restful sleep, adults over the age of 16 mix 1 to 2 scoops into hot or cold water or juice 30 minutes prior to bedtime. To promote daytime calm, use 30 minutes after meals individuals under the age of 16 should consult their physicians before using. Start with one full scoop for three days/nights, gradually increasing by one half scoop until desired effect is reached. Result may take up to a week or more. Once desired effect is reached take two nights/days break for every five nights/days taken. Less may be required over time. Note: this product dose not dissolve in liquids. May be taken with applesauce, jam, or yogurt if avoiding fluids before bed.

May cause drowsiness. Do not take prior to operating a vehicle or heavy machinery at night. Pregnant and nursing women, diabetics, or those currently taking an antidepressant, anxiolytics and/or lithium should consult a physician before using this product. Persons diagnosed with Lupus should avoid this product.
