Add one heaping tablespoon of Tonic Alchemy to a glass (approximately 8 ounces) of soy, rice, oat, milk or to fruit juice or water. Blend until smooth (tastes best when blended in a blender at medium for 15 seconds). You may add fresh banana, blueberries, or other fruits.
