Bob's Red Mill Non-Fat Dry Milk is made naturally from pure dairy milk without any added hormones. It is easily mixed with regular water to make liquid milk. Dry milk can be stored for up to two years without refrigeration.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen
Directions for Reconstitution: To make one quart of liquid milk, mix 1/2 cup Dry Milk Powder with 3 1/2 cups water. Mix in a blender or with a wire whisk until smooth.
Creamy Fruit Shakes
- 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit
- 2/3 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth. For a tropical drink, try a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple. Follow directions above. Yields 4 cups.
