Popcorn, a traditional favorite for young and old. This organic yellow variety can be popped and made into popcorn balls or something really yummy we call Popcorn Supreme - a crunchy combination of seeds, nuts and honey - and popcorn!

Popcorn Supreme
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Popcorn (unpopped)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Hain Canola Oil for roasting
Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat. Add canola oil, just enough to barely coat bottom of pan. Add peanuts and seeds. Roast lightly. Add nuts, seeds, and coconut. Continue stirring and roasting until coconut begins to turn golden brown. Remove from heat. Pop popcorn. Add to peanut mixture. Stir in butter and honey. Spread on cookie sheet(s). Bake in 325ºF oven until dry to the touch (10 to 12 minutes).
Makes approximately 20 cups.

Popping conditions
If corn does not pop properly, it has probably dried out. Store it in the refrigerator for a few days to allow it to absorb moisture for better popping.
