Your Food

This colorful rice can be used to liven up any dish. Great for coconut mango desserts or with raisins, cinnamon and fresh thyme.

Preparation

One cup of rice for 4 people

Rinse the rice thoroughly and drain. Add one cup of rice to 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until all water has evaporated.
